Natausha Spears, RN, BSN, Trainer
Natausha Spears is a highly experienced aesthetic nurse with over 20 years of experience in the cosmetic industry. She worked with several physicians and medical spas, learning from some of the leading aesthetic physicians in the industry. Natausha is also a national educator and trainer in the field of aesthetics, educating nurses, multi-specialty physicians, physician assistants, and dentists on art of both cosmetic therapeutic injections all over the country. Her reputation as an expert in the industry speaks for itself, and she is well known for the natural and amazing results she has achieved over the years.
Brooke Jones, CTO
With over 20 years of experience in administrative leadership, Brooke serves as the Managing Partner and Director of Operations at NAT, a leader in the aesthetic industry. She oversees all aspects of daily operations, ensuring that every process aligns with the highest standards of efficiency and excellence that the aesthetic community demands. Brooke’s passion for travel and her role as a mother of three enrich her unique perspective, enabling her to foster a positive and supportive work environment. Her commitment to innovation and growth in the aesthetic field drives the success of the company and enhances the experience of both clients and team members.
Ashley LaMarca, M.S., BCBA, LBA,
Ashley LaMarca serves as the Director of Client Engagement and Services at the National Aesthetic Training Institute, bringing over 12 years of client-facing experience to the role. With a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Ashley is also a certified and licensed Behavior Analyst. This unique expertise equips Ashley with an understanding of client needs and the ability to provide exceptional support throughout their training journey.
Ashley is recognized for her strong organizational skills, thorough data collection practices, and a commitment to continuously improving systems and procedures. Her proficiency in writing and dedication to meeting people’s needs ensures that every interaction with the National Aesthetic Training Institute is smooth, informative, and ultimately rewarding. Amy Faircloth, RN, BSN, Trainer
Amy’s passion for helping others started over 27 years ago as a nurse in medsurg, ENT, ER and peri operative nursing. Amy then pursued aesthetic nursing assisting in an oral/facial plastic surgical office realizing her passion for aesthetics led much further. She decided to create a Beauty & Wellness Lounge to address all areas of aesthetics. Amy has now been practicing aesthetics for over 11 years and currently has 2 practices, one in Augusta, Ga. and one in Atlanta, Ga.
Amy is a national certified Allergan Medical Institute consultant and trainer for over 8 years. She also serves on the Allergan advisory board and is a nationally certified trainer for AIAM and Dentaspa. Amy is faculty and speaker for for LA MCA as well as IAFA and a member of Ispan.

Amy has 2 children, Austin 24, a UGA Terry Business College graduate and William 21, who currently attends UGA.
Amy is an animal advocate and lover-you can always find Luna, her therapy dog never far away. When Amy is not training other injectors in her free time, she enjoys yoga, music concerts and any activity near water!
Corinn Singletary, PA-C, Trainer
Corinn Singletary is a Physician Assistant, Master Aesthetic Injector, and International Clinical Educator. After graduating from the University of North Carolina, she attended PA school at Barry University in Miami. She has been injecting for 18 years primarily in the Tampa Bay area, and has been a national trainer for Galderma, Allergan, Novathreads and Prollenium, as well as 3 educational academies for the last 13 years. She presents regularly at aesthetic conferences and creates online educational content for the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She is the clinical injectables trainer for OVME Aesthetics, where she oversees 70 providers. Corinn is passionate about the aesthetics industry; she loves restoring self-confidence and self-love to her patients and inspiring other practitioners how to do the same by educating them on best practices and the safest, most current techniques. She is meticulous and has a natural eye for symmetry. She loves to read, collect red wine, work out and travel.
Melissa Robbins, Trainer
Melissa Robbins is a highly experienced registered nurse from Michigan with over 16 years of experience in nursing. Melissa is deeply committed to advancing her profession as a dedicated member of the American Nurses Association, International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
She earned her associate degree from Henry Ford College, her BSN from Eastern Michigan University (Summa Cum Laude) and is currently pursuing her doctorate in nursing at Madonna University. After a diverse nursing career, Melissa discovered her passion for aesthetics in 2018, which has become her primary focus over the past six years.
Melissa excels in crafting individualized care plans, ensuring clients are well-informed and able to set and achieve their aesthetic goals. Her enthusiasm for the industry extends to mentoring other injectors and pursuing advanced education with leading trainers worldwide, keeping her at the forefront of the latest research and trends.
She holds certifications in injectable neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PDO Threads, PRP-PRF-Biofillers, sclerotherapy, mesotherapy, advanced micro-needling techniques, and aesthetic laser procedures, with certifications from the National Laser Institute and Lutronic aesthetic devices.
Outside of her professional life, Melissa cherishes time spent with her wonderful husband, three beautiful daughters, and four beloved dogs. She delights in outdoor activities such as walks, campfires, and gardening, finding joy in connecting with nature. Melissa also enjoys cooking, especially preparing meals for her fur babies, which she views as a form of creative art and adds a personal touch to her life.
